Quality Assurance & Inspection

At Woodoer, we take great care to ensure that every product meets our high standards before it leaves our facility

  • Each order undergoes a thorough quality inspection for material integrity, workmanship, and finishing.
  • We photograph some of the products before packaging and preparation for delivery to document their condition at the time of departure.
  • Any issues identified during our internal inspections are corrected before shipping to ensure that only approved products leave our facility.
  • Each Woodoer team member is trained and empowered to identify and address any defects they encounter, ensuring that only high-quality products leave our facility.

Once an order leaves our premises, responsibility transfers to the buyer, as outlined in our delivery policy below.

Warranty Coverage

Woodoer stands behind the quality of our products and workmanship. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and material flaws under normal use and care, subject to the following terms:

  • The warranty applies only to defects present at the time of manufacturing.
  • It does not cover damage resulting from improper handling, transportation, storage, installation, or use beyond intended purposes.
  • Wood is a natural material and may have variations in grain, color, and texture. These natural variations are not considered defects.
  • Any claims for manufacturing defects must be submitted before installation and within 2 days of delivery.

Delivery & FOB Policy

All products sold by Woodoer are FOB (Free on Board) our factory. This means that once an order leaves our facility, ownership and responsibility transfer to the buyer.

  • We inspect and document all products before shipment to verify their condition.
  • Woodoer is not responsible for damages, loss, or accidents occurring during transit, unloading, storage, or installation.
  • We work with third-party transportation providers as a convenience to our customers, but we do not assume liability for their handling of the goods.
  • Customers may arrange their own transportation if they prefer.

Claims & Issue Resolution

While Woodoer is not responsible for damage occurring after the product leaves our factory, we are committed to helping our customers find solutions when issues arise.

  • If there is a concern regarding delivery damage, we will assist in facilitating communication with the transportation provider.
  • Any claims regarding product defects must include supporting evidence, such as photos and documentation.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for damages caused after the goods leave our facility.

Strict Policy Enforcement

In the past, we have accommodated customer concerns beyond our stated responsibilities. However, due to recurring abuses, we will strictly enforce these policies going forward.

  • We encourage customers to inspect all products upon arrival and report any concerns within 3 business days following delivery.
  • By accepting delivery, the buyer acknowledges that the products have arrived in good condition unless otherwise noted at the time of delivery.
  • Woodoer reserves the right to refuse claims that fall outside our stated warranty terms.
