We make cabinet production simple, scalable, and precise. We work exclusively with cabinetmakers, contractors, and designers (not the general public) to outsource engineering, CNC cutting, and fabrication services in Ontario.
1. Submit Your Drawings or Project Details
You can start a project in the way that works best for you:
- Design and price instantly using our online configurator
- Submit drawings through our order form
- Upload an Excel list of components for direct processing
Whether you need full cabinet manufacturing or CNC cutting services, our team reviews your project requirements to ensure accuracy and efficiency from the start.
2. Engineering & Shop Drawings
We turn your information into detailed shop drawings that define dimensions, materials, hardware, and construction details. These drawings guide the entire manufacturing process and ensure every cabinet component is prepared for accurate CNC cutting, fabrication, and efficient installation.
3. Review & Approval
You review and mark up the drawings using our approval system. We help you select the right materials for durability, cost-efficiency, and project requirements. We refine until everything is clear and fully aligned.
The approved drawings become the single source of truth for production.
5. Production Scheduling
Your project is scheduled based on production capacity and timeline requirements. Because the work is fully engineered in advance, production moves efficiently and with fewer delays.
4. Quoting & Confirmation
After the scope is approved, we finalize pricing and confirm the project details. With everything aligned, your order is ready to move into production.
6. CNC Manufacturing
Approved drawings flow directly into our CNC manufacturing process, ensuring consistent quality, precision cutting, and accurate fabrication on every part.
7. Assembly Options
Depending on your needs, we can:
