We offer a variety of finishes from our qualified board suppliers: Tafisa, Uniboard, Egger, AGT, Arauco, and Panolam.
Dowel Construction
Dowels are used mainly with assembled cabinets. This construction method is strong and aesthetic as no fasteners are visible from the outside. This construction method is not recommended for customer assembled cabinets as a case clamp is required to square and press the components together.
Shelf Pins
We can manufacture any type of shelf pin however our combination of 5mm shelf pin together with a notch under the shelf is by far the most popular shelf support that we have. This design ensures that the shelf is secured into place and cannot be pulled forward while hiding the pin inside the notch to make it more pleasing to the eye.
Screw Construction
This method of construction is widely used in the cabinet industry. We pre-drill pilot holes for easy placement of the components. The screws are most often hidden on the outside of cabinets and covered by applied panels. When a joint is visible, we use a blind dado to hide the connection.
Blind Dado Construction
We use Blind Dados whenever we want a strong connection that is invisible from the inside of the cabinet. Most of the time, blind dados are a complement to other construction methods. The tenon is glued inside the dado and after drying, the joint becomes very strong.
Leg Levellers
As with most of our hardware features, we can adapt our cabinet design to suit your specific needs. Our standard leg leveler is the Richelieu brand adjustable ABS leg leveler. It is sturdy and easy to adjust giving you latitude to accommodate uneven floors from between 4 and 6 inches. More height and brand varieties are available upon request.
Rafix Fasteners
For easy transportation and assembly on-site, Rafix is a very versatile fastener. It is composed of two parts, the connector which is pre-pressed onto the parts in the factory and the bolt which is screwed into a pre-drilled hole by the customer. Rafix are very strong and are the predominant method for assembling closets and wallbeds because of their size when pre-assembly is not convenient.
Miter Folding
Woodoer’s software design team and skilled CNC woodworkers are able to produce miter fold elements, making shelfing stronger as well as increasing design choices and options.
Patented Hanging Mechanism
This patented hanging mechanism is popular with clients who would like drawers installed in their closet organizer.
Closet Rod Support Brackets
Woodoer’s closet organizers can be ordered with rod support brackets.
Pullout Side Shelf
Our murphy bed installers appreciate offering their clients an option for a pull out shelf that can be used for a book or reading glasses.
Shoe Organizer
This feature protects your shoe’s shape and design, and your footwear are displayed in a less cluttered fashion.
Finished Slab Doors / Drawers
If you prefer to pick up your order already assembled, this can be arranged.

Palletized For Transportation
